my Instagram feed at the footer of my page and on the side bar says "The access_token provided is invalid." I tried re-entering my instagram information, but that didn't change anything. Help please?

    Hello,

Yes Instagram has now restricted access to their API. Only registered and accepted accounts may now access their data.

I’ll publish an update soon for this, but it won’t be as easy as putting your username any longer. You’ll need to register with Instagram, get a set of keys and put them inside your website. I have everything done already in the new theme I’m developing right now, but not yet inside Sachiko. It won’t be long, this week I’ll be integrating the functionality in other themes.

    Thanks!

After the update I tried to reinstall it but still didn't see my instagram feed so I gave up trying to figure it out for a while. Is there any way you can look at it and see what's up?

After updating the theme and all included plugins, go to Settings > External API > Instagram and follow the instructions.

    That should fix your instagram!

    Thanks

I don't see External API under settings. I probably have to re-download the updated theme again. Will updating my theme mess up my blog and posts?

Nope, nothing will get messed up unless you have done theme file changes.
Just download the latest version from ThemeForest and make sure to update all plugins and the theme.

    Thanks!

You have to delete the theme first before installing. Do not worry about your content :)
