I'm webdesigner and my client email@example.com purchased the Helium Wordpress theme at 2017. The support technical solved a problem with pages, posts and portfolios that do not loaded, accessing the site http://www.espirografo.com.br/site with admin account. Now, at january/2018, the site has changed from hosting server, and with the theme and wordpress reinstall, the problem back to happen. The support time finished but there is a way to solve this problem, again? My client needs use the site to work. Waiting urgent reply, Wallace Vianna.
