Problem with loading pages and portfolios

    I'm webdesigner and my client purchased the Helium Wordpress theme at 2017.

    The support technical solved a problem with pages, posts and portfolios that do not loaded, accessing the site
    with admin account.

    Now, at january/2018, the site has changed from hosting server, and with the theme and wordpress reinstall, the problem back to happen.

    The support time finished but there is a way to solve this problem, again? My client needs use the site to work.
